l BIOMOOI normallyuse international courier as standard shipping method. We will notify you atracking number when we make the shipment. You can track your package by the trackingnumber.

Returnpolicy
l It is a must,the products which had been asked returned required, shall be directly purchased from www.biomooi.com. Return will not be accepted if not purchased from above websitedirectly.
l The judgement of defect will be defined by BIOMOOI. When products returned and judged no defect founded, products will be returned to you and shipping charged will be required. When defect founded, products replacement and shipping charged will be responsible byBIOMOOI.
l Within 7 daysafter shipment received, if you need to return shipment or defect item founded, please log in website and advise the order information to our customer serviceby email marketing@biomooi.com.tw for further assistance.
Standard for product return
l Full and complete package shall be required for return products, including product itself un-opened, accessory, freebies, bag, box, etc. Return shall be refused when above items are not completed or damaged.
l Please put return products including items above, shipping document, invoice inside of package.Your name shall be showed on outside of package as clear information for following procedures.
l Freebies shall not be replaced unless items defected.
l Within 15 days when returned products had been applied, returned products shall be received orit will be considered as application canceled, and shall not be applied again.

l Down grade of membership might be occurred when return products had been required. Please kindly take it into consideration when you want to return products.
Standard forproduct replacement
l Within 7 days after products received, when defected or wrong items found, please contact our customer service immediately for replacement arrangement. Over 7 days, the application of replacement shall not be accepted.
l When defected orwrong items found, shipping charge and replacement will be responsible by BIOMOOI.
l Freebies, promotion set, color random products shall not be asked for replacement.
l When the products had been used, it shall not be asked for replacement.
l When the products had been damaged, package lost, or dirty which are unable to be re-sell, it shall not be asked for replacement.
l Colors and resolution on each monitor are different, which might cause different judgement of product colors. The definition of color judgement shall be defined byBIOMOOI.
